Return and Cancellation Policy
You can return or exchange any products that meet the return conditions within 45 working days from receipt of delivery along with the invoice or delivery note. You can indicate your request on the form on the invoice or on the back of the delivery note. The return period for Air Cook products is 90 days. If the product differs from the information on the product page, is damaged or defective, you can return or exchange the product without shipping costs with the agreed freight company. Returns with a different freight company at the recipient's expense will not be accepted. Used, damaged packaged products will not be accepted. For orders billed on behalf of the company, a refund invoice must be issued by the company. Shipments without a refund invoice will not be accepted. If the received product contains a small number of broken parts (maximum 5 parts), they will be replaced if you take a photo of the broken parts in a single frame and submit the order number along with the name of the broken part via the web request form. Deliveries with damaged packaging must be returned without accepting the goods by filling out a protocol in the presence of the courier. Once your product has been received by our company, it will be checked within 10 working days and if it meets the return conditions, a refund or exchange will be made.
Warranty Conditions
The purchased product is under the company's warranty and if a defect occurs on the product over time, you must immediately contact the product manufacturer. You must keep the warranty certificate and invoice. In some products, the warranty certificate is on the packaging and in some products, it is inside the packaging. In case of loss of the warranty certificate, the relevant brand will not send an additional warranty certificate. By contacting our customer service via email or phone, you can obtain the lost invoice from our company. If a defect is found in the received product during the first use, you must contact the customer service of the relevant product brand and inquire about the nearest authorized service and return the product along with the "SERVICE EXCHANGE PROTOCOL" issued by the manufacturer's customer service. Otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to you.
What is the Right of Withdrawal?
According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 ("Law"), buyers have the right to return products without any reason within 14 days from the delivery date "without paying shipping costs". This law applies to all companies.
How is the Right of Withdrawal Exercised?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller within 14 days from the delivery date that they want to return the product. Upon receipt of the buyer's request, the seller is obliged to accept the product back within 10 (ten) days and refund the product and shipping costs without any charge to the buyer. When returning the product to the seller, the original invoice given to the buyer must also be returned. If there is a section for the reason for return on the invoice, this section must be filled out and the invoice signed by the buyer must be returned with the product. The Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 came into force on 28.05.2014. For products purchased before 28.05.2014, the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 applies. According to this law, buyers have the right to return products by exercising the right of withdrawal without any reason within 7 days from the delivery date "without paying shipping costs". The valid period for return requests outside the withdrawal right periods is 30 days.
How is the Right of Withdrawal and the Return Periods for Electronic Products Exercised?
For the return of electronic products within the framework of the "Right of Withdrawal", the original packaging of the purchased product must not be damaged and all accessories must be sent along with the invoice. Otherwise, the return request will be rejected. If the packaging of products that need to be installed by the service is opened outside the service or if the installation is done outside the service, a return will be rejected. For returns after 14 to 6 months, which are outside the withdrawal right periods, the product must be sent to the technical service and a return decision must be made by the service. For product returns within the withdrawal right period, sellers are responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Even if buyers return the products for personal reasons, they have the right to return the products without paying shipping costs.
